The underfloor heating is now up and running and is backed up by a great wood burner to add a cosy touch and warm those summer evenings when its not worth putting the underfloor on. Yes free WiFi.
This house only has a small outside seating area that faces due South and a wood store around the back but it has a sunroom/large porch on the side which is great for getting the morning sun and from the house their are off road paths to Weem Wood walks and paved off road paths into Aberfeldy and also paths alongside the river Tay. We especially like to walk up the steep slopes to the “Alp” above where you get superb views to the Munros of Glen Lyon and beyong Loch Tay to Benmore & Stobinnian near Crianlarich.
